Conditional Training

This is a special type of training that includes a wide range of exercises using various pieces of equipment.

This training is a combination of cardio exercises and strength, flexibility, stamina and mobility exercises. The exercises are performed divided into more stations.

Each exercise is performed with a certain number of repetitions or it is time-based. There is a short break between the exercises and a longer one between the circuits, which increases the working effect in the circuit while minimizing the break time.
