Having the experience and the knowledge, as well as creating specific and unique programs made and adjusted for each client individually, depending on their needs, I can help the clients achieve their desired goal faster. As a trainer, I am fully committed to improving my clients’ everyday life that will lead them to creating long-term healthy habits. As equally important in the process is the diet, which along with working out, is an essential part for creating the desired healthy body, and we are working for this goal every day.
The thing that I am most excited about and fully committed to is the Skill X training method that will be introduced here for the first time. This method is based on a skillful athletic method, a balanced form of training which has been scientifically proved to increase the physical capacity. All trainings will be designed to complement my clients’ power, agility, speed and stamina. I will be around all the time to remind them why they started training and to motivate them to never give up, and with my dedication, I will prove to them that working out is extremely important for good health and long life.
Increased strength and flexibility, stamina, lowered risk of injuries and creating healthy lifestyle habits are only small parts of everything that I would like to teach my clients. The trainings will be adjusted to the needs and possibilities of each one of them. I want the true meaning of the word “diet” to be among the most important lessons. The reduced amount of food in the body doesn’t lead to weight loss. Instead, eating the right amount of food in shorter periods of time will give you your desired look and weight. The way your body looks and feels largely depends on what you will intake as “fuel”. May your “summer body” last a whole year.
Always ready for progress, education, improvement, dedicated and smart training, which is essential when it comes to the psychophysical benefits of the clients who are part of a certain training process. In my personal experience of many years, the best results are achieved when you master the “formula” – balance between trainings, clients’ possibilities, their ambitions and goals, as well as their biorhythm. Of course, the diet is equally important in this story and that’s why I always try to find the best recipe that is a combination of an effective and “smart” training, a balanced diet according to the clients’ needs and plans, and of course, the most important thing of all, the persistence in all of the above.

Along with the caring for the clients’ physical health, our trainer Irina considers caring for the person as a whole extremely important. “With my favorite combinations of Intermittent Fasting and HIIT and Strength, as well as the holistic approach, in the most cutting-edge gym in Macedonia, the clients will get full support and guidance for a total transformation of the personality”, says Irina. She points out the diet as a particular important topic, because, as she says, 85% of the results depend on the diet, and 15% depend on working out.
It’s very important for working out to become a habit, and not an obligation. We work out to become stronger, to have more energy and to move more easily. We shouldn’t let the quality of life to suffer because of inactivity. My trainings will be fully devoted to those clients who currently have injuries, fear of pain or return after a long period of inactivity, so for them, it is always recommended to start the training process with a trainer. When they choose a trainer that has experience in physical therapy, they can be sure that all the pain and fear will be addressed correctly.
